About Brandon Septic Service
A no-cost, local referral service. Not a septic company.
Who we are
Brandon Septic Service is a no-cost referral service for homeowners, renters, and property owners in and around Brandon, Florida. We are not a contractor, and we do not perform septic pumping, inspection, repair, or installation work ourselves. When you send us a request, we connect you with an independent local septic company that serves your area, and that provider contacts you directly. Florida septic contractors register with the state; ask for the registration and confirm it with the FDEP Onsite Sewage Program before hiring.
Why this site exists
Septic problems are unpleasant and confusing, and many homeowners don't know who regulates septic systems in Florida, how often to pump, or whether a drainfield can be saved. Our goal is to publish clear, local information about septic systems in the Brandon area and to give homeowners one easy way to reach a local septic company without calling around.
How the referral works
- Tell us what's going on. Fill out the short form with your city, what you need, and whether sewage is backing up or an alarm is on.
- We connect you. We pass your request to one independent local septic company that covers your area.
- Get a visit and estimate. The provider contacts you, checks the system if needed, and gives you an estimate.
- You decide. Ask questions, compare if you like, and hire only if it's right for you. No obligation.
What we promise, and what we don't
- Using this site costs you nothing. Providers, not homeowners, support the service.
- We share your request with one independent local provider, not a long list of companies.
- We do not do the work, set prices, or guarantee any provider's work. The provider you hire is responsible for its license, permits, insurance, estimate, and workmanship.
- We don't publish made-up customer stories, invented statistics, or made-up credentials.
- We don't offer plumbing services, and we tell you when a question is better answered by an agency, your utility, or your insurer.
Protect yourself when hiring
Ask the septic company for its Florida septic contractor registration and confirm it with the FDEP Onsite Sewage Program. Ask for proof of liability insurance and workers' compensation if it has employees, and get a written estimate that says who handles permits and inspections. For major repairs or replacements, a second opinion is reasonable. Be cautious of pressure to decide on the spot or to buy additives instead of service.
